Hello, I am Sorrel; a PNW based black, trans, and disabled bookbinder. As Lemonfish Atelier I make sketchbooks, painting books, journals & more. All my books are hand-bound & carefully designed at home. You can also find some of my other loves here like my art and leatherworking.

Each book is bound using carefully selected materials. Some books contain textured and art-ready paper for gauche, watercolor, or charcoal. Others hold smooth, thick, paper for the best writing experience. A few select books are sticker tomes; bound using a waxed paper you can safely store your stickers on and remove later.

Many of my books use a goat or sheep leather for their covers. I do stock vegan options and can recreate vegan options using a cotton-based faux leather, book cloth, or decorative papers.

If you collect stickers as much as I do, finding a place for them is kind of impossible! Rather than collecting them in a box or pile, put them in a sticker tome! These are hard bound and tooled the same as my other books. While they’re definitely more tricky and time-intensive to create, I love them too much not to keep making and sharing them.
Only one sticker tome is ready-made but others are available to be ordered with a lead time of 1-2 weeks.
