    Made with veg-tan leather. Available in all sizes, in black, oxblood, mahogany, green, blue, violet, and tan, with nickel-plated or brass-plated hardware. Gunmetal hardware is available by request, as a non-allergenic alternative to nickel-plated hardware. Comes as a pair, with bondage clip available for an additional $5.

    Cascade collar | $85

    Inspired by both waterfalls and weeping willow branches, this collar features a simple leather band with rows of increasingly long chains hanging from it.

    Made with veg-tan leather. Available in all sizes, in black, oxblood, mahogany, green, blue, violet, and tan leather. Chains are mostly repurposed, so the actual chain used may vary, but I may be able to fulfill requests for specific colors or styles. Please check with me before ordering if you have any metal allergies, as the chains I have in stock varies.

    Made from 3-4 oz chrome-tan leather, this is available in black or any available limited-run leathers. Studs can be nickel-plated or brass-plated. Handle is 8", falls are 17" (25" total).

    Chainmail Lace collar | $95

    The classiest item in the Violet Leather collection, this collar combines leather with a lacy dangling chainmail pattern.

    Made with veg-tan leather. Available in all sizes, in black, oxblood, mahogany, green, blue, violet, and tan, as well as with limited-run leathers. Back closure is available with a nickel-plated or brass-plated buckle and rivet. Gunmetal hardware is available by request, as a non-allergenic alternative to nickel-plated hardware. The chainmail is made with galvanized steel.

    Heavy leather flogger | $70

    This 36 tailed flogger is the heaviest we make. It's made from thick, soft, 7-8 oz. veg-tan leather, and it feels more thuddy than stingy on impact. Perfect for greedy bottoms who always want more, and tops who want to make them regret asking for it. Also good for those who find the other floggers' stings a little overwhelming and would rather take solid, heavy hits instead!

    Only available in black leather, with nickel-plated or brass-plated studs. Falls are 17", handle is 8" with a wooden core (25" total).

    Braided leather flogger | $160

    A braided version of the medium flogger. Braiding the falls concentrates the force a bit, making the impact sting more and and adding a bit more weight to each hit. This is Val's go-to flogger.

Violet Leather Co.

Violet Leather Co. is a one-woman show established in 2020 in Brooklyn, NY by Val Violet, a trans leatherdyke now based in Seattle, WA. VLC specializes in making pieces for those who are often overlooked when it comes to kink gear and sexy clothing, especially trans, fat, and disabled people.

I design and handcraft all of my pieces myself, and all products are made from real leather - most often hand-dyed veg-tan leather. With some exceptions, my products are made-to-order, designed to fit your body and suit your needs.

Val Violet

Val Violet (ze/hir, she/her) is a trans leatherdyke who originally began working with leather as a side project during quarantine, before deciding to make it hir work. She's also a musician, budding bootblack, and covid-conscious event organizer.
